Emerald Green Tea's plucking is very fine and very expertly processed. To bring out the best flavor only small two whole leaves and a bud is plucked. The teas are gently rolled so that they do not break which allows them to open up by the pot while brewing. The dry leaves appear to be olive green that brews into light smooth mellow green cup. It has a prominent pine and vegetal flavor. The cup is quote smooth having a very delicate flavor without any astringency.
